The Cakepops & Popsicles confectionery set consists of the BAM baking products that pastry artist Kimi Zupančič prefers to use in her desserts. The set contains BAM spreads, BAM vanilla paste (50 ml) and BAM white (250 g), dark (250 g) and milk (250 g) chocolate. The combination of products is suitable for both those who are already creating from recipes by renowned confectionery artist and those who are yet starting to create. BAM chocolates are packaged in convenient packaging so that they do not lose their freshness and authentic taste when opened. The chocolate is shaped into smaller droplets, which allow for faster and more even melting. Don't forget to add BAM vanilla paste to each dessert for a great taste and a beautiful look.
BAM baking products are for all home bakers and professional pastry chefs who want to add the icing on the cake.
BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
