The BAM chocolate souffle mix (250 g) creates a fluffy, light and airy base for the famous French dessert. The taste of the chocolate souffle can be further enriched with BAM vanilla paste. Garnish the dessert with a soft and frothy chocolate core with fresh fruit, sugar sprinkles or BAM toppings. You can also upgrade the taste with BAM spreads or a scoop of home-made ice cream. You can prepare the souffle for any occasion, be it Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthday or wedding anniversary. A great opportunity to serve desserts when we want to charm the guests.

BAM baking products are intended for both, home creators as well as professional confectioners who whish to take their baking creations to a next level.

Ingredients

Sugar, wheat flour, chocolate 25 % (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavour. Min. 48 % of cocoa), salt.

May contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts and sulphur dioxide.

How to store

Store at temperature between 5-20°C in a dry and dark place. Room temperature should not exceed 25°C. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage. Keep in a tightly closed container.

  • Whisk Chocolate souffle mix (250 g) with eggs (175 g or 3 large eggs). 25g of eggs can be exchanged with 25 g of cold water for easier measuring.
  • Melt the dark chocolate (115 g) and add melted chocolate to the egg mix. Stir well. Let rest in refrigerator for 15 minutes and pour the mixture in pre-greased single portion moulds (80 - 95 g per mould).
  • Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 200 - 220°C.
  • Remove from moulds and serve still warm. Suitable for 6 chocolate souffle desserts.


Choco tip: Add BAM Vanilla paste for even richer taste. Prepared chocolate souffle is best sprinkled with sugar, served with fresh fruit or with added BAM toppings. We also recommend adding a spoonful of any BAM spread or a scoop of BAM ice cream.
