The confectionery set delights with BAM passion fruit (200 ml), mango topping (200 ml), white coconut spread (200 g), white chocolate (500 g) and dark (500 g) chocolate. The slightly bitter taste of the dark chocolate is rounded off by the just-right sour taste of the passion fruit, while the white chocolate filling with mango topping is a delight for those with a sweet tooth. We can also make a delicious coconut filling with white coconut spread, reminiscent of the famous Raffaello balls. With BAM white chocolate and BAM toppings, you can make chocolate mousse at the highest confectionery level. The confectionery set thus creates creamy fillings with a hint of tropical flavours that, thanks to their versatility, can be used in the preparation of the exotic desserts. BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. After opening, keep the fruit toppings tightly sealed, refrigerated and use within 5 days.
