The creamy and sweet texture of the vanilla cream can be complemented with a fruity raspberry topping to create the perfect refreshing dessert in a glass. The raspberry fruit topping is also a pleasure to pair with sweet white chocolate, and together with the vanilla paste and strawberry chocolate, it can be combined to create a flavour-packed fruit filling for a cake. Strawberry chocolate is also suitable for making chocolate mousse. As vanilla seeds are added to the vanilla paste, it will not only taste great, but will also make the desserts look attractive. BAM products should be stored at a temperature between 15 and 20°C, in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the products should not be exposed to direct light. After opening, keep the Raspberry Fruit Dressing tightly sealed in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
