How to store

Store at temperature between 15-20°C in a dry and dark place. Room temperature should not exceed 25°C. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Once open, store in the refrigerator (closed with a lid) and use as soon as possible.

What is the status of my order?

We will always notify you of changes to the status of your order by e-mail so that you can keep track of the progress of your order. This way you will receive a notification when your order has been successfully accepted for processing and when the package has been dispatched. If you receive a notification that a package has been dispatched, the package will most likely be with you the next working day or the day after at the latest. You can also check the status and processing of your order in your user account (if you have registered).

How do I take advantage of the promo code?

You can enter the promotion code in the checkout process, where there is a Summary of your order and also in your cart. In the order summary there is a window to enter a promotional code or gift voucher. Please make sure that the promotional code is entered correctly, taking into account upper and lower case letters and any characters. Incorrectly entered promo codes will not be detected by the system.
