BAM Extra Dark Hot Chocolate serves a really rich dark chocolate flavour. The hot chocolate creates a creamy but just the right thickness that delights with both the decadent dark chocolate flavour and the enviable dark chocolate colour. The hot chocolate powder comes in a convenient pack that can be used to make seven hot drinks. Extra Dark Hot Chocolate can also be served with BAM chopped roasted hazelnuts to elevate the flavour.

BAM Extra Dark Chocolate (220 g) will delight lovers of the rich taste of dark chocolate. Hot chocolate combined with warm milk creates a drink with just the right thick texture to brighten up chilly autumn or winter evenings. This time, we have put our hot chocolates in convenient, tight-closing packaging to allow for multiple dispensing. A dosing spoon is also waiting in the packaging for easy dosing, making it easier to prepare a portioned hot chocolate. The famous hot drink can also be spiced up with BAM mini sugar foams and whipped sweet cream. The flavour of the extra dark hot chocolate can also be accompanied by the flavour of the hot chocolate with hazelnuts or the white hot chocolate with coconut.

Sugar, cocoa powder (34%), cornstarch, flavourings, salt.

May contain traces of milk, soya, nuts and sulphur dioxide.

How to store

Hot chocolate should be stored at a temperature between 5 and 20°C in a dry, dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C and the product should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage. Store in a tightly closed container.

Instructions

Heat 125 ml of milk. Gradually add one scoop of BAM hot chocolate (32 g) to the heated milk (125 ml) and stir well.
Heat the mixture to boiling, stirring frequently to prevent lumps forming. Simmer until the desired thickness. For a thicker version, use 100 ml of milk.

BAM tip: You can add mini marshmallow marshmallows, vanilla or hazelnut paste to the hot chocolate and serve.
