BAM Milk chocolate (250 g) will impress you with its top quality. A handy smaller package is perfect for when you need less chocolate to make desserts or want to take it with you on the go. It is ideal for preparing creams, ganas, mousses, ice creams, biscuits and other creamy chocolate structures. It can also be used for modeling and preparation of chocolate decorations. Chocolate contains at least 35.1% cocoa parts, real cocoa butter and real vanilla, which is reflected in the genuine chocolate taste. It is extremely creamy and has a fine caramel aftertaste.

BAM chocolate is intended for all home-made packagers as well as professional confectioners who want to add a finishing touch to their confectionery with excellent chocolate.

How to store

Store at temperature between 15-20°C in a dry and dark place. Room temperature should not exceed 25°C. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage.

Well, BAM the hazelnut spread gave me a pepper and it turns out that it really does taste almost identical to the filling in the chocolates. So I squashed it into the custard and the result is a gorgeous, not-too-sweet cake that will delight all sweet tooths. If you''re running out of time to make a cake, you can make a Kinder bueno dessert in a jar. The ingredients in the recipe are enough for 8 pieces, and the Kinder bueno cake is baked in an 18 cm diameter baking tin.

The preparation is quite simple, but for a nice look it will take some skill to wrap the shaped mass, which must be tightly and evenly wrapped. The hazelnut spread with cocoa can also be used to make Ferrero Rocher in a jar. The recipe ingredients are sufficient for two chocolate salami.

Desserts in a jar are the perfect choice for all occasions, from Sunday dessert to larger celebrations. We all love their simplicity and they always look perfect. For the filling we will use BAM salted caramel topping, which has a pleasant salty taste and creamy texture, and goes perfectly with chocolate and of course - peanuts.

They consist of hazelnut shortcrust pastry, hazelnut praline, chocolate-hazelnut cream and a light vanilla mousse dressed in a crunchy chocolate crust. Divide the preparation of the pitas over two days so that the fragile dough has plenty of time to rest.

For me, the caramel must be salted, but you can omit the salt in the recipe if you wish.

Since I love Snickers and all similar chocolates, I decided to combine the flavours in a roulade. Yes, it''s as simple as that. It consists of cocoa sponge, salted caramel, peanuts and a delicious milk cream. It''s topped with a delicious BAM milk chocolate icing that''s soft enough to cut through and sprinkled with salted peanuts.

Kinder Bueno in a Glass

Although much faster to prepare, it tastes just as fantastic as its namesake cake. This is due to one of the best spreads from the BAM collection: the hazelnut spread.

Cookie Cake

A delicious and moist cake with a creamy texture. Milk and white chocolate are added to the vanilla filling and the filling itself is flavored with the BAM vanilla paste. The bottom layer of filling contains American chocolate chip cookies and the sponges are kept moist with Baileys mixed with milk. Simply divine! Of course, you can substitute Baileys with a tablespoon of instant cocoa – the cake will be slightly less flavorful, but nevertheless amazing.

Chocolate-Strawberry Cake

This cake may look like a regular chocolate cake, but it certainly isn’t. The chocolate filling has a subtle, barely noticeable strawberry aroma, which takes the cake to a whole new level. The filling also combines BAM milk and dark chocolate drops for the perfect balance of flavors. Both my tasters and my harshest critics did not remain indifferent. It’s best to just roll up your sleeves and see for yourself.

Chocolate-Vanilla Cake

The classic combination of chocolate and vanilla never disappoints. The vanilla filling is flavored with BAM vanilla paste, which is the perfect substitute for a vanilla pod and is also very handy – the pump makes it easy to use and measure out the right amount. This makes the baking easier and much less messy. The leftover egg whites can be used to make the excellent Pavlova cake. 

Simple Chocolate Cake

As the name suggests, this is an easy cake that takes little time to make, so it is perfect for those days when you need an emergency slice of something sweet or just want to pamper yourself with something delicious and chocolatey. It consists of a cocoa sponge and a light chocolate filling. The stars of the cake are the BAM milk chocolate drops and BAM cocoa powder, which make sure that the flavors and sweetness of the cake are perfectly balanced.

If you love caramel, peanuts and chocolate, read on. The cake consists of a chocolate sponge, caramel and two fillings.
