BAM raspberry topping contains at least 70% raspberries. The topping is suitable for both baking and freezing, so you can spice up your desserts with it, add it to yoghurt, use it as a filling for croissants, spread on pancakes or add a great taste of fresh raspberries to ice cream. Due to its refreshing taste, the raspberry topping is also suitable for preparing refreshing cocktails, or to enrich the taste of mousse and other creams with it. Add it to a smoothie, oatmeal for sweetness, or simply pour it over your favorite breakfast cereals. The product is gluten free.

BAM Raspberry Topping (200 g) will impress you with its distinctive and refreshing raspberry flavor. The fruit preparation is made from at least 70% raspberries and thus proves to be an excellent filling for various desserts. With its raspberry flavor as a topping, it will enrich the taste of ice cream or cake. You can also use it to prepare cocktails, for your summer parties, or to enrich the taste of mousse and other creams. Raspberry topping is not only delicious, but can also be a healthy start of the day. Add it to a smoothie, oatmeal for sweetness, or simply pour it over your favorite breakfast cereals.

BAM baking products are intended for both, home creators as well as professional confectioners who whish to take their baking creations to a next level.

Raspberry (60 %), sugar, raspberry juice (10 %) from concentrated raspberry juice, water, modified corn starch (E 1442), acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavor, preservative (E 202).
How to store
Store at temperature between 15-20°C in a dry and dark place. Room temperature should not exceed 25°C. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Once open, store in the refrigerator (closed with a lid) and use as soon as possible.
