Instead of mud chocolate cake, you can make other cakes. Here are some ideas:

Raspberry sorbet

Raspberry sorbet is a refreshing and delicious dessert that can be made anytime and is perfect as a Valentine''s Day dessert. Sorbet is the perfect way to bring a sweet end to a romantic meal. The vibrant colour and sweet-savoury taste of raspberries make it the perfect dessert. Raspberry sorbet is made with fresh raspberries, sugar and water.

Cake Kinder Bueno

Who doesn''t love these famous chocolates with their delicious hazelnut filling? Or, did you ever imagine you could eat a cake with an almost identical taste to Kinder hazelnut cream? Until I tried it for the first time, I honestly didn''t believe it myself. Well, BAM the hazelnut spread gave me a pepper and it turns out that it really does taste almost identical to the filling in the chocolates. So I squashed it into the custard and the result is a gorgeous, not-too-sweet cake that will delight all sweet tooths. If you''re running out of time to make a cake, you can make a Kinder bueno dessert in a jar. The ingredients in the recipe are enough for 8 pieces, and the Kinder bueno cake is baked in an 18 cm diameter baking tin.

Triple chocolate cake

What''s better than chocolate? Three types of chocolate. The cake consists of a thin layer of sponge cake and three delicate creams from the BAM chocolate collection: dark, milk and white. It''s true that at first glance it looks like a lot of chocolate, but I''ve made the recipe to suit my taste and adjusted the quantities so that the cake isn''t too sweet. If you want a sweeter cake, increase the amount of chocolate slightly. Alternatively, you can have a BAM chocolate cake. The quantities in the recipe are enough for 8 pieces baked in an 18 cm diameter cake tin.

Vanilla cake with strawberries

The combination of vanilla and strawberries is unmistakable. Here is a recipe for a delicious and light vanilla cake, consisting of two layers of vanilla sponge, a delicious vanilla cream and a sweet strawberry disc. Here again, I have used BAM vanilla paste instead of vanilla pods, which adds a pleasant fragrance and aroma to the custard. The vanilla cake with strawberries can also be joined by small Pavlova cakes.

Sacher cake

An eternal classic for all chocoholics! The combination of creamy, light chocolate sponge cake and apricot jam is a real hit. There are plenty of recipes for Sacher, but here''s my version. The sponge cake is juicy enough on its own, but the layering of the still lukewarm sponge cake and the warm marmalade also help. The chocolate icing rounds off the flavour of the cake nicely, and a dollop of whipped cream goes nicely with it. You can also swap the classic Sacher cake for a BAM chocolate cake. The ingredients in the recipe can be used to make eight pieces of cake.

Pistachio Cake

Sweet pistachios. The cake consists of a flavorful and crunchy hazelnut sponge, a cocoa sponge and a rich pistachio filling. The cake gets its rich roasted pistachio flavor from the BAM pistachio spread, which contains 50 % pistachios and has a smooth and creamy texture. For an extra crunch, the cake is generously sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts and pistachios.

Simple Chocolate Cake

As the name suggests, this is an easy cake that takes little time to make, so it is perfect for those days when you need an emergency slice of something sweet or just want to pamper yourself with something delicious and chocolatey. It consists of a cocoa sponge and a light chocolate filling. The stars of the cake are the BAM milk chocolate drops and BAM cocoa powder, which make sure that the flavors and sweetness of the cake are perfectly balanced.

Sour Cherry Chocolate Cake

You could call this the chocolate version of the Schwarzwald cake. It consists of a co- coa sponge, a sour cherry layer and a mild, fluffy dark chocolate filling. The cherry on top (no pun intended) is the sour cherry liqueur in the sour cherry core, the liqueur is also added to the cocoa used to moisten the sponge. If the cake will also be enjoyed by children or you simply dislike the liqueur, substitute it with amarena cherry syrup – it can also be omitted, the cake will still be delicious.
