In the pack, you receive BAM white chocolate (250 g), which with its light creamy chocolate and balanced milk flavor, is suitable for a variety of creams, mousses, ganaches, ice creams, biscuits, cookies, sponge cakes, and other creamy chocolate textures. Its universal taste makes BAM Dark Chocolate (250 g) suitable for almost any dessert. BAM Milk Chocolate (250 g), with its creamy texture and delicate caramel flavor, will become an indispensable companion for milk chocolate recipes.

BAM products should be stored between 15 and 20°C in a dry and dark place. The room temperature should never exceed 25°C, and the products should not be exposed to direct light. Avoid refrigerated storage.
