BAM Vanilla Cream will impress you with its easy and extremely fast preparation. The mixture createa a creamy and smooth Vanilla cream that you can use to make cakes, desserts in a jar, as a pie filling or filling in croissants. Vanilla cream does not require additional cooking and therefore the preparation is even faster. We recommend that you use Vanilla Cream for homemade cream puffs or other recipes that require the preparation of vanilla cream. You can also simply enrich the cream with fresh fruit, you can also add a homemade biscuit bottom and offer it as a stand-alone dessert! BAM Vanilla cream is both bake and freeze resistant.

Sugar, starch, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, modified starch, thickener: E407, preservative: E202, flavours, colours: beta carotene and curcumin.

How to store
Store at temperature between 15-20°C in a dry and dark place. Room temperature should not exceed 25°C. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage. Keep in a tightly closed container.

  • Add Vanilla cream powder gradually to 1l of milk and mix strongly with a whisk.
  • Allow to rest for 3 minutes, then stir until obtaining a perfect smooth vanilla cream ready to use. If you need a thicker or thinner cream you can add more or less milk.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.

The amount of mixture and milk can be adjusted accordingly to prepare smaller quantities. We recommend using our Vanilla cream when preparing homemade cream puffs or other recipes that require the preparation of vanilla cream.
