BAM Vanilla Sugar with Bourbon Vanilla is an intensely flavoured blend of bourbon vanilla and white sugar. It is a very versatile mix that can be used in all desserts. It works particularly well in iced coffee, chocolates and chocolate cakes, cocoa and ice cream. It can also be added to fruit tarts, creme brulee, various creams and sauces (e.g. vanilla sauce).

Vanilla sugar is suitable for all sweet dishes, compotes, cakes, pastries, chocolate dishes, puddings, sweet liqueurs, etc.

May contain traces of gluten.

How to store

Store at room temperature (between 15-25°C) in a dry and dark place. Keep in an original container. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerated storage.

Two layers of sponge are moistened with sugar solution with coconut liqueur. Don’t skimp on the liqueur for such a cake, however, it can be omitted if the cake will be enjoyed by children.
