BAM White chocolate is famous for its top quality, which will make the preparation of pralines a real fun. Light and creamy chocolate with a balanced milk taste, great for preparing various creams, mousses, ganache, ice cream, biscuits, biscuits and other creamy chocolate structures. You can also use it in the preparation of fruit desserts, as the sweet and creamy BAM white chocolate goes well with sour fruits such as berries or citrus, and is also perfectly understood with mango or peaches. BAM White Chocolate (500 g) will impress you with its universality, as it can really be used in most chocolate recipes with white chocolate. It is ideal for pralines, creams, ganache, mousses, ice cream, biscuits and other creamy chocolate structures. It can also be used for chocolate decorations. The chocolate contains real cocoa butter and real vanilla, which is reflected in the genuine chocolate flavor. It is extremely creamy and has a fine milk taste.

BAM baking products are intended for both, home creators as well as professional confectioners who whish to take their baking creations to a next level.

Pina Colada

Although I'm not a big fan of pineapple, I really like it combined with coconut. The cake consists of a fresh-tasting pineapple filling with yogurt and a creamy coconut filling made with the BAM white coconut spread. Two layers of sponge are moistened with sugar solution with coconut liqueur. Don’t skimp on the liqueur for such a cake, however, it can be omitted if the cake will be enjoyed by children.

Raffaello Balls

They may take a bit more time to make than the regular Raffaello, but their taste ou- tweighs the effort. Make sure to make plenty because they will be gone in an instant. Roasted almonds, delicious coconut filling and white chocolate coating with delicate flavor guarantee a truly exceptional sweet delight.
