Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt over a water bath. Then cool.

Prepare a buttered baking tray and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Stir the softened butter, 4 egg yolks and 4 tablespoons of cold water into the slightly cooled melted chocolate.

Whisk everything together and gradually add the sugar and then the flour until the mixture is smooth.

Then whisk the egg whites, with a pinch of salt, until stiff and gently fold into the chocolate mixture.

Pour the chocolate cream into the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
