
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 120 g egg yolks
- 210 g sugar
- 120 g cocoa biscuits
- 180 ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
- 100 g butter
- 120 g wholemeal flour
- 50 g BAM almond flour
- 22 g of yeast
- 200 g BAM dark chocolate
- 100 ml of milk
Instructions:

Whisk the eggs, egg yolks and sugar in a bowl for about 10 minutes.

Crush the cocoa biscuits in a separate bowl and mix with the flour.

Boil the almond milk and add the butter and vanilla paste.

Stir the hot butter milk into the egg and sugar mixture.

Add the wholemeal flour, almond flour, crushed biscuits and yeast. Stir until the mixture is well combined.

Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 50 to 55 minutes.

Melt the BAM chocolate with milk and pour over the baked cake. You can also garnish the cake with sliced almonds. And have a good run!
