Almond cake with hot milk and coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g egg yolks
  • 210 g sugar
  • 120 g cocoa biscuits
  • 180 ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
  • 100 g butter
  • 120 g wholemeal flour
  • 50 g BAM almond flour
  • 22 g of yeast

Instructions:

1. Step Whisk the eggs, egg yolks and sugar in a bowl for about 10 minutes.
2. Step Crush the cocoa biscuits in a separate bowl and mix with the flour.
3. Step Boil the almond milk and add the butter and vanilla paste.
4. Step Stir the hot butter milk into the egg and sugar mixture.
5. Step Add the wholemeal flour, almond flour, crushed biscuits and yeast. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
6. Step Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 50 to 55 minutes.
1. Step Melt the BAM chocolate with milk and pour over the baked cake. You can also garnish the cake with sliced almonds. And have a good run!
