  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • about 2 to 3 mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
  • 240 ml milk
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • butter for the pan
  • maple syrup, whipped cream or fresh fruit for topping (optional)

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas and add the eggs, BAM vanilla paste and milk. Mix well.
