In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yoghurt, milk, applesauce and a little BAM Strudel & Pie seasoning. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Then add the chia seeds and stir again to evenly distribute the seeds throughout the mixture. 2. Cover the container and place it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to swell and the pudding to reach the desired texture. 3. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt, milk, applesauce and a little BAM Strudel & Pita seasoning. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Then add the chia seeds and stir again to evenly distribute the seeds throughout the mixture.

Cover the container and place it in the fridge for at least a few hours, or even overnight, to allow the chia seeds to swell and the pudding to reach the desired texture.

Meanwhile, prepare the nut mixture: combine a handful of American walnuts, three dates and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is coarsely chopped.

When the chia pudding is ready, assemble the dessert in serving glasses. Spread a layer of the nut mixture in the bottom of the glasses, then top with the chia pudding. Finish with another layer of nuts and fresh apple slices for decoration.
