Mix BAM Chocolate Soufflé Mix with 3 eggs

Melt 125g dark chocolate and add to the mixture. Place the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes

Meanwhile, grease the soufflé moulds with butter and sprinkle with sugar

Fill the moulds and bake at 200-220 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Top with Greek yoghurt and freeze-dried raspberries
