Ingredients:

  • 250 g crumble biscuits (e.g. Digestive)
  • 100 g melted butter
  • Grated chocolate or cocoa powder

Instructions:

1. Step Prepare the base: mix the crumbled biscuits with the butter and spread the mixture evenly over the base of the round cake tin, pressing firmly to create a compact base. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the base for 10 minutes. Then leave to cool.
2. Step Filling: stir the BAM Toffee Caramel and spread evenly on the cooled biscuit liner.
3. Step Bananas: Peel the bananas and cut them into rounds. Arrange them over the caramel layer.
4. Step Cream layer: in a separate bowl, whip the cream with the BAM Vanilla Paste until light and fluffy. Then spread the cream evenly over the bananas.
5. Step Decorating and cooling: sprinkle grated chocolate or cocoa powder on top. Place the pie in the fridge for at least 3 hours to allow the ingredients to bind.
