Ingredients:

  • 500g biscuit dough (you can buy it already semi-prepared, powdered)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (you can also use hazelnuts, almonds, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a baking tray with butter.

In a large bowl, mix the biscuit mix, cinnamon, water, oil and egg.

In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the sprinkles (walnuts, sugar, cinnamon).

Pour half of the mixture from the large bowl into the baking dish, then stir in the sprinkling ingredients and pour in the other half of the mixture from the large bowl.

Bake in the oven for 55-65 minutes.

While the cake is baking, prepare the topping. Mix all the ingredients for the topping (except the walnuts) together and melt over a medium heat. Add the walnuts when it becomes a liquid mixture.
