Wash the peaches thoroughly and wipe dry with a kitchen towel. Cut them in half and remove the stones. Slice the peach in half, then turn the two halves each way to split them in half. Hollow out the stone with a small spoon.
Drizzle each peach half with coconut oil spray, sprinkle with natural sweetener, add some BAM vanilla paste and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place the peaches on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cut side up.
