Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are slightly moist. Divide the cookie base evenly among the glasses. Press the mixture down with your fingers to form a crust.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and sugar and beat until smooth. Add BAM vanilla paste and lemon zest. Using an electric mixer and the whisk attachment, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Using a spatula, gently fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the other half. Spoon about ½ cup of the filling evenly into each serving glass.
