Melt the BAM white and BAM milk chocolate together. Pour in the condensed milk, BAM hazelnut spread, butter and stir while still warm.

Add the ground hazelnuts and biscuits and mix well. Leave the mixture to cool. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and leave to cool. Let it cool for at least two hours.

If the mixture is still not firm enough to roll after cooling for two hours, add the ground biscuits. You can use an ice cream scoop to help shape each chocolate ball. Roll the chocolate balls in the ground biscuits and hazelnuts. Then chill them for another hour or until they have set. Serve.
