1. Step In a bowl, combine the butter and mascarpone. Beat with a whisk at medium speed until combined. Add the BAM vanilla paste and continue beating until a uniform mixture forms. Beat on low speed, gradually adding the powdered sugar and beating again until well blended. If mixture is too soft, cover and chill for 1 hour or until firm enough to form balls.
2. Step Shape the finished dough into balls. Each ball should weigh about 15 g. Place the formed balls on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate overnight.
3. Step Melt the BAM drops of milk chocolate with the butter over a water bath. Dip the buttercream balls into the chocolate mixture and let the excess chocolate drip off. Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Decorate with chocolate crispy, chocolate sprinkles or other decorative sprinkles as desired. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Store in the refrigerator.
