
Ingredients:
- 150g flour
- 50g almond flour
- 30g brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 100ml white sesame oil
- 100g honey
- 240g ripe bananas (approx. 3 medium bananas)
- 65g BAM dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Line a muffin tray with paper muffin liners.

Separate the dry from the wet ingredients and mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add the egg, oil and honey, then mix well to make a smooth, uniform mixture.

Add the mashed bananas and chocolate drops, and whisk everything together.

Fill the prepared muffin tray with the prepared mixture and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and then serve.
