The chocolate is shaped into smaller droplets for faster and more even melting of the chocolate. It has a genuine, just-right bitter chocolate flavour.

With the recipe below for making a simple chocolate cream, you can make a cream for four people.

Save 2 tablespoons of milk at the beginning of the preparation. Pour the rest into a bowl and add the chocolate and sugar.

Dissolve the starch with 2 tablespoons of milk and pour the mixture into the chocolate. Stir, bring to the boil and allow to boil.

When the mixture is nice and smooth, remove from the heat. Leave to stand for a while to cool and then serve in pretty bowls.
