Ingredients:

  • 115 g semi-sweet chocolate
  • 75 g sour cream
  • 150 g crushed chocolate biscuits
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 24 decorative beads
  • 25 g sliced almonds
  • 12 elongated gummy candies

Instructions:

Melt the chocolate and stir in the sour cream. Stir in 110 g of crushed chocolate biscuits. Cover and place in the fridge to thicken.

Shape one tablespoon of the mixture into a mouse - slightly extend the ball of mixture and sharpen it into the shape of a nose.

Colour the mice as desired - roll the black ones in the remaining crushed chocolate biscuits and the white ones in icing sugar. The rest of the decoration is taken care of by the remaining ingredients - silver rhinestone balls are perfect for the eyes, almonds for the ears and elongated candies for the tail. Use your imagination!

Place the finished mice in the fridge to rest for at least 2 hours.
