I love chocolate. I really enjoyed preparing this dessert and could hardly wait to taste the result. Chocolate never disappoints, and this dessert really allows it to shine!

The mousse is made with heat-treated yolks, meaning that raw eggs are not a concern. The preparation itself is quick and easy, since the chilling process takes up most of the indicated time. But it definitely pays off!

Instructions:

1. Step Whip 250 g whipping cream and refrigerate.
2. Step Bring 200 g whipping cream to a boil in a saucepan. Beat yolks and su-gar until pale, then pour in boiling cream while mixing. Pour the mixtureback into the saucepan and heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. Re-duce the heat, add vanilla paste and chocolate. Once the chocolate hasmelted, set the mixture aside, cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool.
3. Step Fold whipped cream into cooled mixture with a spatula. Divide between the glasses and place in the fridge to set. Decorate as desired.
