
Ingredients:
- 3 egg yolks (medium-sized)
- 25 g granulated sugar
- 450 g whipping cream
- 170 g BAM dark chocolate drops
- 2 pumps BAM vanilla paste

Whip 250 g whipping cream and refrigerate.

Bring 200 g whipping cream to a boil in a saucepan. Beat yolks and su-gar until pale, then pour in boiling cream while mixing. Pour the mixtureback into the saucepan and heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. Re-duce the heat, add vanilla paste and chocolate. Once the chocolate hasmelted, set the mixture aside, cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool.

Fold whipped cream into cooled mixture with a spatula. Divide between the glasses and place in the fridge to set. Decorate as desired.
