Ingredients:
- 3 egg yolks (medium-sized)
- 25 g granulated sugar
- 450 g whipping cream
- 170 g BAM dark chocolate drops
- 2 pumps BAM vanilla paste
I love chocolate. I really enjoyed preparing this dessert and could hardly wait to taste the result. Chocolate never disappoints, and this dessert really allows it to shine!
The mousse is made with heat-treated yolks, meaning that raw eggs are not a concern. The preparation itself is quick and easy, since the chilling process takes up most of the indicated time. But it definitely pays off!
