
Ingredients:
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 400g chocolate
- 250 g chopped walnuts

Roll out the puff pastry and melt the chocolate over the steam. Spread the chocolate over the pastry and sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.

Cut the dough into strips and then make the palmiers. Make them by folding first one end and then the other so that the two ends join in the middle. Place the prepared palmiers on a tray.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the slices at that temperature for about 15 minutes, or until golden yellow.
