In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat the butter until completely smooth (we recommend an electric beater as it is easier and faster).

Add the sugar and stir. Add the eggs and vanilla paste while stirring. Reduce the speed of the beater and add the flour mixture from the first bowl.

Stir until a soft dough forms. Stir in the chocolate chunks.

Place the bowl of dough in the fridge for about 1 hour to chill. When the dough is ready, form into balls and roll in icing sugar.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the balls on it. Bake at 175 degrees for about 12 minutes, until the cookies are slightly firm to the touch and puffed.
