- 90g brown sugar
- 40g white sugar
- 1 egg

Instructions:

Pipe small circles of BAM pistachio spread on baking paper and place in the freezer overnight.

Mix together the butter, white and brown sugar. Add the egg and a teaspoon of BAM vanilla paste. When the mixture is homogeneous, stir in the flour and baking powder.

The mass should be compact. Add the chocolate drops and mix again.

Form into balls and add the previously prepared BAM pistachio spread in the centre.

Before baking, place the biscuits in the freezer for an hour and spread a little more pistachio spread on them.

Bake them for 15 min in a preheated oven at 175 degrees. Serve while still warm!
