cookies with white chocolate and cranberries

These white chocolate and cranberry cookies are incredibly soft, full of white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Perfect for a festive cookie plate! The base for the dough for the cookies with white chocolate and cranberries is similar to that for the chocolate cookies. Always add brown sugar to the dough, as it makes the dough moister and the cookies even more delicious. This time we have enhanced the cookies with BAM Drops of white chocolate, which go perfectly with sour fruits like cranberries, raspberries, other berries or citrus fruits.

BAM tip: Let the cookie dough rest in a cool place for at least 2 hours. This will prevent the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.

The ingredients are for about 40 cookies.

Cookies with white chocolate and cranberries

  • Preparation time: 25 min
  • Difficulty:
  • Number of ingredients: 10

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Step In a separate bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix for about one to two minutes until the ingredients are well blended. Gradually stir in the eggs, then stir in the BAM vanilla paste. Slowly add the dry ingredients and continue mixing until well combined. If necessary, scrape the batter from the sides of the bowl. Then mix in the BAM white chocolate drops and dried cranberries until everything is well combined. Cover the finished cookie dough tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
1. Step When the dough is almost chilled, preheat the oven to 180 °C. Now line 2 to 3 large baking pans with baking paper or silicone baking mats. Remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator. Using a spoon, portion the cookies (about a tablespoon and a half per cookie) and place them on the prepared baking sheets. Leave a little space between each cookie, as they will expand a little more during baking. Bake one tray at a time at 180 °C for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and the tops are firm. The cookies should be left to cool on the baking tray for about 5-10 minutes and then transferred to a wire rack to cool completely.
