So here''s a recipe for making a cream for decorating or spreading, to which we''ve added cinnamon and cream cheese. It goes best with:

Ingredients:

  • 225 g room temperature cream cheese
  • 115 g unsalted butter
  • 360 g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a large bowl, using a hand or stand mixer fitted with a whisk or whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese and butter at high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the icing sugar, BAM vanilla paste, cinnamon and salt. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then switch to high speed and beat for a further 2 minutes. If you want the cream to be a little thicker, add 25 g confectioners'' sugar.
