Ingredients: 2 bananas 1 bag BAM fit oatmeal banana & chocolate 2 tablespoons honey 80 g ruby chocolate Method: - Mash 1 banana with a fork until smooth. - Line the bottom of a rectangular mould with the banana slices. - Spoon the contents of 1 bag of BAM fit oatmeal with banana and chocolate flavour into a bowl, add the mashed banana and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix everything together thoroughly to make a uniform mixture. - Spread the mixture evenly into the mould and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours to firm up. - Melt 80 g of ruby chocolate. - Pour the melted ruby chocolate over the cooled oat bars and leave to set.
