- 2 bananas
- 1 bag BAM fit oatmeal banana & chocolate
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 80 g BAM Ruby chocolate

Mash 1 banana with a fork until smooth.

Line the bottom of the rectangular tin with banana slices.

Sieve the contents of 1 bag of BAM fit oatmeal with banana and chocolate flavour into a bowl, add a mashed banana and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix everything together thoroughly to make a uniform mixture.

Spread the prepared mixture evenly in the mould and place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours to firm up.

Melt 80 g of ruby chocolate.

Pour the melted ruby chocolate over the cooled oat bar and leave to set. Then cut the bar into any desired pieces and serve. Enjoy delicious energy oat bars!
