- 100 ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 bag BAM Oatmeal, apple pie (60 g)
- 1/2 grated apple
- 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
- a pinch of ground ginger
- 130 ml boiling water (for oatmeal)
