
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 100g BAM FIT dark chocolate without sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons BAM FIT avocado oil
- 2-3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon BAM vanilla paste
- Pinch of salt
- BAM cocoa powder for extra chocolate flavour
Instructions:

Over a water bath, slowly melt the BAM FIT Academy Dark Chocolate without sugar.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh.

In a blender or using a stick blender, combine the avocado flesh, melted chocolate, avocado oil, honey (or agave syrup), vanilla paste and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

If you want a stronger chocolate flavour, you can add a little BAM cocoa powder and mix again.

Transfer the pudding into cups or jars and place in the fridge for a few hours to chill and get the right texture.

Serve the pudding chilled. Garnish with fresh fruit, nuts or coconut flakes, if desired. It will also be delicious the next day. It can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
