
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of puff pastry
- 2 bananas
- BAM cocoa-hazelnut spread
- fresh strawberries
- 1 egg
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the fruit into thin slices.

Unroll the puff pastry. Cut it into squares approximately 8cm x 8cm.

Add a spoonful of cocoa-hazelnut spread to the centre of each square. Then add fruit slices on top as desired.

Then lift the edges diagonally and pinch them together.

Whisk the egg and brush the prepared boats with the egg to make them yellow.

Place the boats in the preheated oven. Bake for about ten minutes. Garnish with icing sugar, if desired. Serve while still warm. Have a good run!
