For hot chocolate with hazelnuts and mini marshmallows:

Pour the melted BAM White Chocolate into the mould and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Fill the mould with BAM Hot Chocolate with Hazelnuts and BAM Mini White and Blue Sugar Mousse.

Top with melted BAM White Chocolate and place in the freezer for another 15 minutes.

Remove the "melted" snowman from the mould and drizzle with melted BAM Milk Chocolate. Shape the nose and add the sugar foam for the earrings.

Dip the snowman in a cup of warm milk to melt and enjoy delicious hot chocolate with hazelnuts and marshmallows!
