
Ingredients:
- 113 g cocoa butter
- 113 g cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
- Hazelnuts
- Cinnamon
- Other flavours of your choice

In a small bowl, melt the cocoa butter.

Do not remove the pan from the heat, add the cocoa powder and honey. Stir well. It takes about two minutes.

Remove the pan from the stove and add the rest of the ingredients to taste.

Pour the melted chocolate into cups or moulds (paper muffin liners can also be used) and leave to cool in the fridge.
CHOCOLATE TIP: You can put hazelnuts, raisins, dried fruit or other toppings on the chocolate to match the flavour of your favourite chocolate.
