Step Combine the egg yolks, milk and BAM vanilla paste in a bowl and stir well to make a smooth mixture. 2. Step Sift the flour into a bowl and gradually fold it into the liquid ingredients until well combined. 3. Step In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites, gradually folding in the sugar halfway through the whisking, until you have stiff snow. 4. Step Gradually fold the whisked egg whites into the egg yolk-flour mixture to keep it airy. Be careful not to lose the air bubbles created by the snow. 5. Step Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and pour three mounds of the mixture on it. Add a few drops of water and quickly cover with a lid. Cook the pancakes for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown and bubbles appear on the top. When the pancakes are cooked, serve them with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
