Ingredients:

@bamchocolate.com RECIPE: Kinder bueno doughnuts (5-8 doughnuts) Ingredients: 350 g flour 1 egg 1 pinch of salt 1 tbsp yeast 1 tbsp vanilla paste 30 g of sugar 40 g butter 210 ml warm milk BAM white chocolate BAM milk chocolate Kinder Bueno Procedure: - Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in separate bowls, stirring constantly. Knead the dough and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place. - Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-1,5 cm and shape the dough into doughnuts with the dough moulds. Let the shapes rise for 30-40 min. Fry at 160-170 degrees Celsius for 1-1,5 min on each side. - Dip the cooled donuts in melted white chocolate and top with milk chocolate and Kinder Bueno chocolate. Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring constantly. Knead the dough and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1-1,5 cm and shape the dough into donuts with the dough moulds.

Let the shapes rise for another 30-40 min.

Fry them at 160-170 degrees Celsius for 1-1,5 min on each side.

Dip the cooled cupcakes in melted BAM White Chocolate and top with BAM Milk Chocolate and Kinder Bueno Chocolate.
