Mango mousse is the perfect creamy dessert for special occasions or a last-minute sweet tooth. Instead of eggs - or gelatine or agar agar - this version contains just three healthy ingredients for the lightest, most deliciously bold mango mousse: you need fresh mango, cream and sugar. That''s it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh mangoes
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 115 g sweet cream

Instructions:

In a food processor, chop the mango. Add honey if the mango you have chosen is not too sweet. Blend until you have a smooth and fine puree.

Whip the cream with an electric beater until soft peaks start to appear. Be careful not to over-whip the cream. Add the mango puree to the whipped cream. Add gradually until the mango puree is combined with the whipped cream. Pour the mango mousse into small glasses or bowls. Cover the mousse and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to a few hours.

Serve the mango mousse cold. Add the BAM mango dressing and garnish with the above ingredients.
