"The ''Red Carnation'' included a number of intricate elements such as a delicate pistachio flavour, rose elixir and a white chocolate and lychee mousse. A mysterious iced heart with a sweet and sour harmony of raspberry and lychee was the surprise at the heart of the dessert. The challenge was demanding and the contestants had to rely on their culinary skills, imagination and precision in the execution. The one that came closest to the original was awarded an immunity badge.
