Ingredients:
- 0,75 cup sugar
- 0,5 cup flour
- 0,5 cup cocoa powder
- 0,5 teaspoon baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 0,5 cup of milk
- 0,5 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 0,5 cup boiling water
- 100 g fresh cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0,5 tablespoon milk
- 200 g milk chocolate
- lollipop sticks
- decoration of your choice - chocolate sprinkles, stars, etc.
Instructions:
1
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
2
Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Stir in the boiling water.
3
Line a baking tray with baking paper and press the prepared dough into the tray. Bake for 30-35 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes. Shake the dough off the baking tray and place it in the fridge.
4
When the dough is completely chilled, knead it with a fork to break it up and form crumbs.
5
In another bowl, beat the fresh cheese, butter, caster sugar and milk until smooth. Stir into the sponge crumbs and mix well with a spoon.
6
Check that the dough forms balls easily (if not, add a little more milk). Place the container with the dough in the fridge for a while. Prepare the tray and you are ready to start making the balls.
7
Take any amount of dough and form into a ball. Stick a lollipop stick into it and place it upside down on a tray. Do the same with the rest of the dough. Chill the balls.
8
Then prepare the dressing. Melt milk chocolate and a cube of wax in a water bath to make the topping more stable. Stir well!
9
Dip each lollipop first in chocolate and then sprinkle with decorative sprinkles. Place back on the tray to set the chocolate. Cool at room temperature.
