INGREDIENTS: - 1 Light puff pastry - BAM protein pistachio spread with pistachio pieces - 1 egg, beaten, for coating - Sugar eyes for decoration PROCESS: - Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. - Roll out the puff pastry and divide it into two equal parts. - Spread one part of the pastry evenly with BAM Protein Pistachio Spread. Make sure that the spread is spread all the way to the edges. - Cover with the other half of the dough to make a sandwich. Then cut the dough into strips about 1-2 cm wide, leaving an uncut part in the middle to represent the body of the spider. - Gently twist each strip to create the twisted ''legs'' of the spider. - Brush the whole dough with beaten egg, which will give the dough a nice golden shine and help to prevent it from drying out during baking. - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and crispy. - Cool the baked spider on a wire rack, then add the candy eyes for a fun look.
