
Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese
- 3 tablespoons BAM pistachio spread
- 1 cup whipped sweet cream
- cognac
- biscuits for tiramisu
- chopped pistachios
- BAM Cocoa powder
Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar with a whisk or electric mixer until thick and light yellow. It will take about 3 minutes. Add the mascarpone and pistachio spread to the mixture until smooth.

In another large bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped sweet cream into the pistachio mixture until smooth.

Pour about ½ cup of milk into the container you will use to soak the biscuits. Soak the tiramisu biscuits in the milk for a few seconds on each side.

Arrange the tiramisu biscuits on a baking tray or in 4 serving glasses.

Divide about 1/3 of the previously prepared cream over the soaked tiramisu biscuits. Add a layer of crushed pistachios.

Add the tiramisu biscuit layer, the pistachio cream layer and the pistachio crumble layer. Repeat until all the ingredients are used. The last layer should be a layer of pistachio cream and crushed pistachios. For decoration, you can sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder.

Refrigerate the tiramisu for 4 hours. Have a good run!
