- Tiramisu biscuits (sponge fingers)
- 250 ml warm milk
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 200 g mascarpone
- 100 g crushed pistachios
- BAM Pistachio spread

In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, whipping cream and half a cup of BAM pistachio spread until smooth.

Quickly dip the tiramisu biscuits in the warm milk and place them in the bottom of each cup.

Add a layer of the prepared cream on top of the layer of biscuits in the cups.

Repeat the process: add another layer of soaked biscuits and finish with a layer of cream.

Garnish the tiramisu in a cup with the remaining BAM pistachio spread and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.

Refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving to allow the flavours to meld.
