Premium chocolate baklava with pistachio

Get ready for an unforgettable experience! ?✨ INGREDIENTS: - Phyllo pastry sheets - 100 g melted butter - BAM premium cacao spread - crumbled pistachio - 200 g sugar - 200 ml water - lemon juice PREPARATION: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking tray and grease it evenly with melted butter. 2. Place the first sheet of the Phyllo pastry in the prepared baking tray and brush it evenly with the melted butter. Continue to place six sheets of dough, adding a layer of melted butter between each sheet. 3. Spread a layer of BAM premium chocolate spread evenly over the top of the pastry and sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios. 4. Continue with the next layers of Phyllo pastry, coating each layer with melted butter and adding the chocolate spread and pistachios. 5. Finish with a third layer of Phyllo pastry, brushed with melted butter. 6. Before baking, cut the prepared baklava into pieces as large as you like. 7. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. 8. While the baklava is baking, prepare the syrup: bring the water, sugar and lemon juice to the boil in a small saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. 9. Pour the prepared syrup over the hot baked baklava, add a little more chocolate spread and sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios.
