Instructions:

For pumpkin shaped cake pops:

Mix the cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon juice and BAM vanilla paste until smooth. Add the almond flour and form into balls. Place the balls in the freezer for a few hours.

Break the cooled sponge cake into a large bowl. Add the warm milk and mascarpone cheese and stir until you have a sticky mixture.

Form the mixture into even balls and shape them into flasks.

Dip a stick of cake pops in melted BAM orange chocolate and stick it in the centre of each pumpkin.

Place the cake pops in a cool place for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

Once the cake pops are cooled, coat them all over with melted orange chocolate to ensure an even layer.

Put them back in the cold to set the chocolate completely.
