Clean the apples and cut them into thin slices. Roll out the puff pastry on a well-floured surface. Cut it into 9 equal pieces and place 4-5 pieces of apple in the middle of each piece. Add a little cinnamon and BAM vanilla paste. Sprinkle a spoonful of sugar on top.
